Dr. T. Lee Nigro is currently licensed in the States of Kansas and Missouri; he received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1977. He received his residency training at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City and at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. An experienced Board Certified Surgeon, Dr. Nigro is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and has been in private practice since 1983.
Dr. Nigro left his general surgery practice to join Weight Loss Surgical Center in July 2006. He concentrates the majority of his time performing theadjustable gastric band procedure at WTLSC. Dr. Nigro is highly trained and dedicated to the long-term success of our patients.
